Graduating as the valedictorian in Human Resource Management, Ngân began her career at Talentnet, specializing in HR solutions for multinational corporations. With over 12 years of experience, she has served as TA Lead at DHL Supply Chain and Unilever, where she implemented effective recruitment systems and enhanced the candidate experience. Currently, Ngân is the Talent Acquisition Manager at OnPoint, leading large-scale recruitment strategies to support rapid and sustainable growth. Ngân’s greatest motivation comes from her belief in the young generation of Vietnam — with the right guidance, they can become a driving force for breakthroughs and create a positive future for society.
